I found your old blog originally through my friend Lindsay. My husband and I share many of your same thoughts about life. :) We love the way you put things!
If we still lived in Woodburn (we moved 7 years ago) I probably would have met you at the above rubies retreat in Silverton. Small world :)
We are a local family farm using sustainable practices to give you the best nutrition, quality, and value for your hard earned money.
We are not "big-time" by any means, and prefer it that way. We personally attend to everything with our own hands...from picking corn, bottle-feeding calves, to pulling weeds...working lovingly with the Creator's land. Thank you for asking our family to work together to serve you!
He works as an agronomic advisor. He enjoys playing basketball with his team I've lovingly dubed "the used-to-be's", riding bikes as family, playing with GPS toys and of course shooting stuff.
Children are our Blessing!
Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrrows in a warrior's hands. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them! Ps. 127:3-5a
Your wife wife will be like a fruitful grapevine, flourishing within your home. Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees as they sit around your table. That is the LORD's blessing for those who fear him. Ps. 128:3-4
Joshua James ~ 4.5
He is my big helper, very sweet and sensitive to everybody's needs. I asked Josh what he likes to do ---"I like to go camping, with flashlights. I like all the sports: football, soccer, basketball and baseball. Just like big kids, they play on courts, football players have grass courts though. I want to go huting for deers someday with Jesse."
Jacob Andrew ~ 3
Our brave, tough one to be sure. He grooves on all things farming. His natural athletic talent and competitive spirit is a force to be reconed with. The only way I can get this picky eater to eat anything is to make it a race or convince him that he needs to eat to build strong muscles. He is very much into fort making, Star Wars, and army guys and their weapons.
Josiah David ~ 1
This smiley boy will charm your socks off! He is currently a bottomless pit that throughly enjoys his food. Give him a fuzzy blankie and the thumb goes in the mouth and you have yourself quite the cuddle bug. By far my easiest (and happiest) baby.
Jamin Ezra ~ 1 week
Currently stuggling to be healthy, your prayers are appreciated.
The Bible calls debt a curse and children a blessing; But in our culture, we apply for a curse and reject a blessing. Something is terribly wrong with this picture. ~Doug Phillips, Vision Forum Ministries
